Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items purchased within the United States.

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Be in original condition with tags attached
• Be free from stains, odors, makeup marks, or damage
• Include original packaging when possible

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Free Return Shipping

We provide free return shipping for all eligible returns within the United States. Once your return request is approved, return instructions and a prepaid return label will be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

At this time, we do not classify any products as final sale. However, items returned in damaged or heavily worn condition may be refused.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–8 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply before the refund appears in your account.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or would like to exchange an item, please contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
